Admissions

Each student who desires to be registered in Carvin School is considered an applicant or a candidate for admission whether or not the student is presently attending the school.

Carvin School reserves the right to admit or deny admissions to any student using as criteria the academic and disciplinary guidelines. Carvin School does no discriminate because of race, color, sex, national origin, political, or religious beliefs.

Requirements for Admission

  1. An application form provided by the school.
  2. The student’s medical records filled out by a medical doctor.
  3. An original copy of the students birth certificate.
  4. Two photographs 2×2.
  5. A psychological evaluation of the student.
  6. Credit transcripts from previous school (Grades 1-11).
  7. The student’s social security number.
  8. Emergency medical form.
  9. An agreement to observe satisfactory conduct.
